Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions of use for the app "kiroku" ("the App") provided by Hiroshi Sakamoto. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration is considered complete when you begin using the App by pressing the start button. No special account creation is required.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
• Actions that place an excessive burden on our servers or networks
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
• Using the App for commercial or profit-making purposes beyond personal use
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Any other actions we deem inappropriate

Article 4 (Suspension of the App)

We may suspend or interrupt the App, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you in any of the following circumstances:

• When performing maintenance or updates to the App's systems
• When provision of the App becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
• When we otherwise determine that provision of the App is difficult

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

We make no express or implied warranties that the App is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

We are not liable for any damages incurred by you or any third party arising from communication failures, defects or malfunctions of system equipment, or use of the App.

Article 6 (Data Handling)

App data is stored in your iCloud account. We cannot access your data. You are solely responsible for managing your data.

Article 7 (Account Deletion)

The App does not have a built-in account deletion feature.

To stop using the App and delete your data, please uninstall the App yourself and delete the related data stored in iCloud.

If you need help with the deletion process, please contact us via the "Contact" option within the App.

Article 8 (Fees and Charges)

The App is generally provided free of charge.

If we charge fees for use of the App, we will notify you in advance and obtain your consent.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without notice when we deem it necessary. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
